To install ABTELGU font:
copy abtelgu.ttf to Windows\system directory: 

get into windows
go to Main-
then to Control Panel
Then to Fonts
Select `Add ' Fonts
select C:\windows\system directory which has the fonts
All the fonts in that directory will then be listed
Click on ABTELGU font, and click OK
then click Close
Now ABTELGU font is installed for use with Windows programs

eg: In Windows Write select Character..Fonts..ABTELGU
now start typing in Telugu..  You can use these fonts through any Wordprocessor like
WordPerfect, Word, or in any database or spreadsheet which support truetype fonts.

Keyboard Equivalents are in a Telgu.wri file, which can
be read in Windows Write or other windows word-processors.  To start using this font, bring this
file at the beginning of the document, which will make it easy to refer to.  When the document is
finished block the Telugu.wri portion of the document and delete it.  One should be able to learn
the keystroke use in 10 to 15 minutes.  The piggy back type characters are typed using Alt xxxx
[a four digit number shown in keystroke code].  The fonts are copyrighted, with its copyright
character at Alt 0159.

The keyboard is reasonably Phonetic with Corresponding English
Transliteration.. eg: ma sounding Telugu script is typed by typing 
`m' followed by `a' key.. maa sound typed by `m' and A key, etc.
special conjunct consonants are also included in most cases.
